Purchases made only through our internet site.
If your purchase takes place on our web site, please contact our Customer Service department within 24 hours. For other comments about your internet purchase please contact us within 14 days and we will repair or replace the item. We are committed to satisfy you with our products. Still not fully satisfied? We accept the purchases made exclusively through our website and those not through our website that are returned by means of our store within 14 days of delivery. For purchases through our website where a factory error is discovered after 14 days please check the warranty rules
Requirements for returns
To receive a full refund amount as described in our Return Process, all items must:
1) Be in new/unused condition are and
2) Returned with all accessories and parts
3) Safely packaged in original packaging (unless this packaging is included as part of the delivery process, please pack the items so that damage is avoided during return of the item)
Sold items cannot be returned unless they are damaged and contact us to make a claim upon delivery.
Mattresses may be returned if they are damaged or if a defect is suspected. If your mattress is damaged, please contact the Customer Service department within 24 hours. Defects detected after 24 hours after the mattress is delivered may be covered by the warranty.
The returned goods are immediately inspected by us upon receipt.
All applicable replacements, credits, refunds will be applied immediately afterwards. The return shipments costs will be deducted.
For refund money, the same method will be used as when purchasing.
Please allow 7 business days after receipt of the returned goods before the refund is applied to your account.
